Shirley Suda - "I believe that staying fit is a mindset to a healthy lifestyle. I love good food but make it my choice to eat fish and lots of fruit and vegetables. Also, yoga helps my flexibility and balance as well as my mindfulness. I love my pilates workouts because I know there is gain with the pain! I put 2 workouts a week into my schedule and my goal is to get the third in regularly."

Cathy Casas - "Gardening is a passion of mine, and it's great to enjoy our home-grown vegetables and herbs. Living a life of balance, love, and laughter is the goal!"

Gail Knight - " I eat only when I'm hungry and I try to exercise at least 30 minutes, five days a week. My fitness goal is to run a 5-K and to do at least one moderately strenuous hike each month. I also enjoy blending physical and mental activities, such as gardening and doing creative projects around the house."

Laura Losito - "I try to walk as often as possible, I think before taking a bite to eat and I love to scuba dive."
