Douglas Killion - Exercise bike or brisk walk with my dog 30 minutes a day.

Jan Boyd - I make it a point to swim five times a week. It’s a great aerobic workout and helps with tired, achy bones and muscles.

Robert Blair - I ride a stationary bike each night when I come home from work so I can visit with the kids, or go for a walk to wind down.

30 Day Fitness Challenge


South Bay 30 day challenge will start Sept 27 and the Fall 5k (Trick, Treat, and Trek) will be Thursday, Oct 28.

This 6-week program takes place on Saturdays and offers one hour of fun-filled exercise to help you get fit. ALL fitness levels are invited. Get ready for the LA Triathlon, Tri-Carson, and Trick, Treat, and Trek.
