Douglas Killion - Exercise bike or brisk walk with my dog 30 minutes a day.

Jan Boyd - I make it a point to swim five times a week. It’s a great aerobic workout and helps with tired, achy bones and muscles.

Robert Blair - I ride a stationary bike each night when I come home from work so I can visit with the kids, or go for a walk to wind down.
