Edward Ellison, MD - I take the stairs between meetings.
Julie Miller-Phipps – I take the stairs between floors all day long. The stairwell inspirations help keep me going. At home we golf, bowl, and play with our puppy... She keeps us moving all evening long.
Judy White - I walk on the beach, do aerobic shopping, and meditate. I spend my free time doing what I love – exploring art, ballet, and theater; visiting with friends and family and traveling. I play as hard as I work so my life is balanced.
