Karen Tejcka - I swim a 2-3 miles per week, walk on the beach, and do elliptical and weight lifting at home. Our greyhounds keep us walking and moving each day as well. I also enjoy traveling to locations where walking allows us to feel like a 'local'.....

Julie Miller-Phipps – I work out in the morning 2-3 days per week, and play golf and go for walks on the weekends when I can. Taking the stairs throughout the day and using small weights in my office when I am on conference calls is another way to squeeze in my workouts throughout the day. Accomplishing two things at once is always energizing to me!

Mancy Gin, MD - I run three to four days per week on a treadmill at home covering a total of 15-20 miles and walk the other days. I try to stay as active as possible at work by always taking the stairs going up, and I am reconfiguring my desk to allow me to stand while using the computer.
