Donald Marcus, MD - I walk my dog 30 minutes a night or I workout on the treadmill. When the pool temperature is warm in the summertime, I swim in the evenings after work and on the weekends.

Mark Costa - I enjoy bike riding and running on the weekends. Evening walks with my wife also make up my exercise routine.

Judy North - I enjoy working out three days a week at a gym and spending time on the weekend riding and exercising my horses. I walk daily and I love to be outside.
