Michael Tome - In my new role at AMD at Los Angeles, I find myself constantly in meetings, so in order to counterbalance that, I have joined a local gym, plus I work out on a treadmill three times a week. I also have changed by eating habits at work, and opted for salads daily, instead of the sandwiches and such. Our LA campus is quite big, so I walk the campus as much as possible, and take the stairs instead of the elevator always.

William Grice - I bike, kayak, do resistance training and yoga. I exercise every morning and try to stay to just one dessert (preferably chocolate).

Mark Costa - I enjoy bike riding and running on the weekends. Evening walks with my wife also make up my exercise routine.
