Julia Bae, MD - “As often as we can, I go with my family on camping trips where we go on hikes, fish and enjoy various outdoor activities.”
Dan McReynolds - “I try to jog and do strength training four times per week, if work schedule allows. Exercise has always been important in my family. I draw my inspiration from my dad and 98 year old grandfather, who both exercise regularly.”
Leslie Golich - “I run 2-3 miles a day 5 days per week and train at the gym at least 3 days a week.”
Sharon Peters - “Walking is my core exercise and I usually get in a minimum of five miles per week. I also have a daily routine of push-ups, sit-ups, and light weights. I am a 'supergreens' fan as well. My new goal for 2011 is to take on P90X!”
