Contest Overview

1. Tell us how you GET FIT:
   Share your inspiring, unique or simple story of how you exercise, stay fit, get active and THRIVE! How do you lead a balanced life and incorporate fitness and exercise into your routine.
   
   
2. Contest Rules:
   • Must be a Kaiser Permanente employee
   • Register at getfitsocal.org to submit your story.
   • Story to be 250 word or less
   • Deadline for entry is March 15, 2010 11:59 pm (PT)
   • Winner will be announced March 30, 2010

*Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. The selection decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
