Whether you're at the lake, in the mountains, on the beach, or at the pool -alone or with the family, take time to stay fit this summer. Don’t let the warm weather deter you, either. Get up early when it is cooler outside and miss the heat or try aquatic fitness and enjoy various water exercises.
