30 Day Fitness Challenge Update
Congratulations to the hundreds of Kaiser Permanente employees, physicians and families that completed the Get Fit 30 day challenge. Several Medical Centers in SCAL have participated in the 30-day Get Fit fitness challenge and celebrated their completion by hosting a local 5K run/walk Fit Festival .
